TASTING NOTES
A mellow, light, creamy-textured matcha with an amazingly fresh, bright fragrance and an incredibly long, full-bodied, and creamy finish with tender, green flavors. This tea can be prepared with slightly lower temperature water (70 ºC), resulting in a sweeter and creamier flavor. It can also be consumed as a thicker (“koicha”) tea, resulting in a more full-bodied tea with a more intense flavor and an even longer aftertaste.
