Also known as Dragon Well according to its literal translation, Longjing is a renowned pan-roasted green tea from Longjing village near Hangzhou of the Zhejiang province. Its flat leaves have a light yellow-green color, and the brewed tea has a fresh, toasty aroma with nutty nuances. The taste is round and mouthfeel creamy. The nuttiness is so charming and memorable that it has been the No. 1 famous green tea in China for decades.
The aroma of this premium version of the Longjing 43 variety has a nutty toast as well as a delicious vegetable flavor, and the taste is distinctly sweet and stuffy, with a fresh mouthfeel.
