Honey bush is the name given to the indigenous shrubs of the genus Cyclopia in South Africa, whose shredded and oxidized leaves can be used to make a tasty, invigorating infusion. It is in all respects a very similar herb to Rooibos, though the honey bush has a sweeter and fuller flavor compared to rooibos.
