Type: Oolong tea
Origin: Guoxing Village, Nantou, Taiwan
Altitude: about 1100 meters
This delicious oolong rolled into balls has grown on the foothills of Guoxing village at an altitude of about 1100 meters. The tea is moderately oxidized and distinctly roasted, and the variety of bush used for it comes from the Wuyi Mountains in China. The character of the tea when drinking is clear, not very sweet, but it doesn't become bitter easily either, and there is sweetness in the aftertaste. All in all, a sophisticated but approachable acquaintance.
