Type: white tea, organic
Origin: Sunderpani, Ilam, Nepal
A refreshing, grassy, and fruity tea with both sweetness and bitterness. The mouthfeel is dry, with a crisp and sweet aftertaste. Unusually for white tea, this strongly resembles Darjeeling black teas, though with a more subdued overall character.
Brewing suggestion: 2–3 teaspoons per 200 ml, 70–100 °C, 2–5 minutes.
