Suisen is a cooking-grade Uji matcha produced by Marukyu Koyamaen, perfect for adding to baked treats, ice cream, cakes, breads, and drinks. It’s a mid-range culinary matcha in their lineup, less intense than Ayame but still offering a satisfying, full-bodied flavor.
