A soft matcha with creamy texture in the mouth, whose thick umami flavour is accompanied by a delicate floral note. A delightful introduction to matcha for both experienced and novice tea lovers! Best made as usucha.
The matcha is favoured by the 15th grandmaster of the Urasenke tea school, Hounsai.
